Randy Battat
Founder & CEO
Randy is the founder and CEO of PreVeil. Battat's career spans several decades, during which he has held significant leadership roles in the technology sector.

Before founding PreVeil, Battat was the President and CEO of Airvana from 2000 to 2014. Under his leadership, Airvana grew from a small startup into a global corporation with over 400 employees, becoming a major supplier of wireless broadband infrastructure software, particularly for CDMA networks used by operators like Verizon and Sprint. Airvana was also the leading provider of femtocell access points, which are used to improve wireless coverage inside homes.

Prior to his tenure at Airvana, Battat spent 13 years at Apple, where he held key roles including Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing and Vice President of the PowerBook Division. He then moved to Motorola, where he managed the Wireless Data Group and later became Senior Vice President of the Internet and Networking Group.

Battat has received several awards, including the Massachusetts Network Communications Council's CEO of the Year and the New England Technology Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
