Peter Brown

Peter is a member of the investment team and manages all aspects of the firm’s legal and compliance function, including serving as Chief Compliance Officer.
Prior to joining the firm, Peter was a Partner at Meridian Capital Partners where he managed the firm’s legal and compliance team and served as head of investor relations and business development. Prior to spending over a decade at Meridian, Peter worked as an Associate General Counsel for The Ayco Company, a financial services firm that provides wealth management services to corporate executives and employees. Previously, Peter practiced law at Bond, Schoeneck & King and Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Peter earned his B.A. in English from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School. Peter is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
