Rahul Singhvi
Founder & CEO
Rahul is the co-founder and CEO of Resilience. Founded in 2020, Resilience was created in response to the vulnerabilities in the global supply chain exposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The company focuses on building advanced biomanufacturing capabilities to ensure that new, critical medicines are produced efficiently and at scale.

Before starting Resilience, Singhvi was an Operating Partner at Flagship Pioneering, where he helped launch and manage several life sciences companies. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Takeda's Vaccine Business Unit, where he was instrumental in expanding the company's vaccine pipeline. Earlier in his career, Singhvi was the President and CEO of Novavax, where he transformed the company into a leading vaccine development firm.

Singhvi holds a Sc.D. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar. His extensive background in vaccine development and manufacturing, combined with his leadership in the biopharma sector, has positioned Resilience as a key player in the effort to improve global health through innovative manufacturing solutions
