CEO
Ken is a seasoned finance executive who served most recently as Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Northrop Grumman Corporation. His career has spanned public accounting, operational finance and corporate finance. Ken’s experience includes overseeing contracts and pricing, global supply chain, traditional finance functions, as well as major proposals and program performance. During his eight years at Northrop Grumman, Ken helped the company win the B-21 Raider contract and strategically positioned the company for the GBSD program. He also facilitated the $8 billion acquisition of Orbital ATK and helped the company issue over $10 billion of public debt. Ken oversaw the business operations and finance of Northrop Grumman during a market capitalization expansion from less than $30 billion to over $62 billion.
