Chris Darby
Chairman, Board of Directors
Chris Darby is the Global Head of Venture Investments and Senior Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management, a role he assumed in 2023. Before joining Cerberus, Darby served as President and CEO of In-Q-Tel for 17 years, where he was instrumental in supporting the technological advancements of the U.S. Intelligence Community by identifying and investing in innovative technologies.
His career spans significant leadership roles in the tech industry, including Vice President and General Manager at Intel, following Intel’s acquisition of Sarvega, where Darby was President and CEO. He also held executive positions at companies like @stake and Interpath Communications, further solidifying his expertise in technology and security.
At Cerberus, Darby leads the firm's venture capital arm, focusing on early-stage investments in technologies that enhance national security, including AI, quantum computing, and defense-related innovations. His work is pivotal in shaping Cerberus' strategy in these critical areas of emerging technology.
Michael Rolnick
CEO
Michael Rolnick is an experienced technology entrepreneur, investor, and executive with a diverse career spanning several high-profile roles. He is currently an advisor at Blockchain Capital and serves on various boards, including Persist Technologies, Inc., and MonoSphere, Inc. Over the years, Rolnick has held multiple leadership positions, including as CEO of Gigaom, where he managed the company’s strategic wind-down and asset sale.
Rolnick co-founded several companies, such as PlayStudios, Inc., Cadence13, and Chain Bridge I. His career also includes significant roles at UNIFI Labs, where he led efforts to innovate in the building industry with digital asset management systems, and News Corp, where he served as Chief Digital Officer and Global Head of Digital for Dow Jones
Steve Bowsher

Steve currently serves as CEO of In-Q-Tel and previously served as Managing General Partner, leading the company’s investment strategy since 2006. Mr. Bowsher has personally managed In-Q-Tel’s relationships with Palantir, MongoDB Initiate Systems, Cleversafe and various other companies.
